Getting Started:
Once you reach out by text or email, we will schedule a brief initial call to discuss what's bringing you to therapy and find a mutually convenient time for our sessions. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and held weekly online.
The first 2-3 sessions will focus on understanding your present difficulties along with your personal history and for you to see if working with me feels like a good fit. These are some of the general areas and challenges we could explore in therapy. Please keep in mind that your particular experiences may extend beyond what's listed here.

-

Therapy is a holding space where we'll explore your experiences and relationships, past and present, and the roles they may play in your life. We’ll also pay attention to how we connect in our sessions, as it can reflect the different ways you relate to others in your life, giving us a chance to understand and work through some of these difficulties. This can allow you to revisit and process earlier experiences or unmet needs in a way that helps you feel more whole and true to yourself.
